Meet the Team

Olivia Conway, LMHC-LP

Olivia Conway received her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Family Institute at Northwestern University. She believes that there’s no “one size fits all” in therapy and draws from somatic, psychodynamic, and other approaches to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs.

Olivia works with adolescents, adults, and couples, creating a space that welcomes the full range of human experience. Her approach is inclusive, thoughtful, and grounded in an awareness of how intersecting identities shape how we move through the world. She is sex-positive and affirming of all sexualities, gender identities, and relationship structures.

Her work is trauma-informed, and she is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful technique for helping clients process painful experiences, rewire trauma responses, and find lasting relief. Olivia gently guides clients as they explore how past experiences affect their present, helping them build emotional capacity and resilience along the way.

In her work with couples, Olivia draws on the Gottman Method, helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen their emotional connection. Whether navigating conflict or simply seeking more intimacy and clarity, Olivia creates a space where partners can collaborate and grow together.

Collaboration is central to Olivia’s work. She partners with each client to find practical ways to manage symptoms while also exploring deeper emotional patterns.
